Payment and Shipping
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit card payments via PayPal.
For Philippines residents, payments can be made via online transfer or bank deposit (BPI/METROBANK), and GCash.
What are your shipping methods?
Orders are shipped via GoGo Express.
Tracking numbers are provided for each order.
We can entertain shipping via Lalamove/Grab (Metro Manila only) given that the customers will shoulder the shipping costs.
We will be shipping from Quezon City.
For international orders, we currently ship via FedEx.
Orders are processed 2-3 days after receipt of order.
Deliveries within Metro Manila take 2-3 days after we pass the items to the courier.
Provincial shipment timelines may vary but generally take 5 to 7 days.
For offline payments, we will start processing the order only after receiving a copy of the deposit/transfer slip to email@example.com.
Please indicate your ORDER NUMBER as the subject line.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not cancel or refund orders once payment has been completed.
We will only provide a refund in the event of missing, damaged or defective items that we could not replace.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns and exchanges. However, if we made a mistake in your order, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days upon receipt of package.
