Payment and Shipping
What are your payment methods?
We accept credit card payments via PayPal and Xendit.
For Philippines residents, payments can be made via online transfer or bank deposit (BPI/METROBANK), and GCash.
What are your shipping methods?
Local orders are shipped via GoGo Express or J&T Express. We offer free nationwide shipping for orders of Php 2,500 and above.
Tracking numbers are provided for each order.
We can entertain shipping via Lalamove/Grab (Metro Manila only) given that the customers will shoulder the shipping costs.
We will be shipping from Quezon City.
For international orders, we ship via express courier.
Shipment via regular post is possible upon request. The shipping fee will be calculated separately and this will be sent via a separate invoice.
Orders are processed 3-5 days after receipt of order.
Deliveries within Metro Manila take 2-3 days after we pass the items to the courier.
Provincial shipment timelines may vary but generally take 5 to 7 days.
For offline payments, we will start processing the order only after receiving a copy of the deposit/transfer slip to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please indicate your ORDER NUMBER as the subject line.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not cancel or refund orders once payment has been completed.
We will only provide a refund in the event of missing, damaged or defective items that we could not replace.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
Please note that once we send the packages out, they are no longer under our responsibility. Any missing, delayed or undelivered packages are not under our control. In the event of such occurrences, please understand what we cannot offer a refund on your order.
All sales are final and we do not accept returns and exchanges.
However, if we made a mistake in your order, please send us an e-mail at email@example.com within 5 days upon receipt of package.
