This is a new series of clear masking tapes by King Jim, called  "SODA Clear Washi Tape" series. These are great for decorating your planner, journal, letters, gift wrapping and lots more. 
 
As it is a masking tape, you can remove and reposition it without leaving a residue, so you can decorate glass, jar, cans etc, too!  Please use a scissors or tape cutter when cutting it.
